Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe, How To Make It Easily
INGREDIENTS
Older Eggs | 6 Big | |
Salt | 2 Teaspoons | |
Vinegar | 3 Teaspoons | |
Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoons | |
Djon Mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Paprika | 1 Teaspoon |
Instructions:-
- Grab your 6 eggs and place them into a medium pot carefully, and add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- Cover the pot with water so the eggs will be covered with 1-2 inches of water
- Turn on your cooker to medium high heat and once the water starts boiling, take it off the cooker in exactly 7 minutes
- When you are done boiling the eggs, take it off the pot and drop them into an iced water so it stops the cooking process and help the eggs pull away from the shell making it easier to peel off
- Let the eggs chill in the ice water for 10 minutes to cool off easily
- Peel off your eggs
- Cut your eggs into half carefully and take out the egg yolks and leave the egg whites to the side
- Place the egg yolks into a small bowl
- Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard to bring out the spiciness
- Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Use a fork to mash them together until smooth and well combined
- Pour the mixed deviled eggs into a small nylon and create a hole to pour out the deviled eggs into the hole on the egg white to replace the egg yolk
- Sprinkle paprika mixed with black pepper on the deviled eggs that’s sitting on the egg white
- Now ready to serve
