Chicken Thigh Recipe, Easy Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Bonesless Chicken thighs | 1 and 1/2 2lbs | |
Olive oil | 3 Tablespoons | |
Honey | 3 Tablespoons | |
Soy Sauce | 2 Tablespoons | |
Garlic cloves (Crushed) | 4 | |
Ginger paste | 2 Teaspoons | |
Chili Paste | 3 Teaspoons | |
Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoons | |
Ground Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dried thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
Medium onion (minced) | 1 | |
Corn starch | 2 Tablespoons | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Teaspoons |
Instructions:-
- Cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces into your bowl
- Drizzle some olive oil all over the chicken
- Add in your honey
- Add in your soy sauce
- Add in your crushed garlic
- Add in your ginger paste
- Add in your chili paste
- Add in your brown sugar
- Add in a little bit of cinnamon to bring out the flavor of the brown sugar
- Add in your thyme
- Add in your chopped onions
- Add in your corn starch
- Season with salt and pepper
- Go ahead and mix everything together
- Cover it up and put it in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours, but if you are not in a hurry and have enough time, you can leave it over night, that way the chicken can really soak in all those delicious flavor
- Grab a baking pan and line it with aluminum foil
- Pour in your marinated chicken into the baking pan, spread it out and arrange it in a single layer
- Preheat your oven to 425 fahrenheit
- Place your chicken in there and let it bake for 25-30 minutes
- After your chicken is done it will look amazing and taste nice
- Serve as it is and enjoy
