| Vanilla Essence | 2 tea spoons | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup/250g | |
| Milk | 250ml | |
| Melted Margarine | 1/2 cup | |
| Flour | 2 Cups | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Tea spoons | |
| Baking Powder | 2 Tea spoons | |
| Salt | 1 tea spoon |
Preparation Steps:-
- Peel off 2 ripe banana, place it into a medium size bowl and mash it up with a strong spoon until it’s very soft and fluffy
- Now, pour in 2 unbeaten raw eggs into the mashed up banana, don’t beat the eggs before pouring them in, just break the eggs and pour them directly into the mashed up banana
- Pour in your 2 tea spoon of vanilla essence
- Pour in your 1 cup/250g of sugar in
- Pour in 250ml of milk
- Now you’ll have to use your spoon to turn and mix them up together until they are well blended, turn consistently for 30 seconds
- Pour in 1/2 cup melted magarine
- Pour in 2 cups of flour
- Pour in 2 tea spoons of cinnamon
- Pour in 2 tea spoon of baking powder
- Pour in 1 tea spoon of salt
- Now you give the mixture a final turn, turn the mixture for 2 minutes until it’s very soft and well blended together
- Pour the mixture into your baking pan
- Let it bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 45 minutes up to an hour
- And your soft delicious banana bread is ready to be served
