Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon

Instructions:-

  • Cook the Beef: Heat sunflower oil and butter in a pan. Add the beef pieces and fry until well browned on all sides. This locks in flavor. Remove and set aside.

  • Add Pasta & Seasoning: Add the pasta directly into the pot. Sprinkle paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour Beef Stock: Add the beef stock and stir everything together.

💡 Mistakes & Expert Advice

The Mistake

Not browning the beef properly

Expert Advice

Brown the beef well before removing it. This adds a deep, rich flavor to the final dish.

The Mistake

Skipping the butter

Expert Advice

Butter adds richness and depth. Don’t skip it—it enhances the overall taste.

The Mistake

Overcooking the pasta

Expert Advice

Cook just until tender. Overcooked pasta becomes mushy and loses texture.

The Mistake

Adding too much liquid

Expert Advice

Use just enough stock to cook the pasta. Too much will make the dish watery.

The Mistake

Not seasoning properly

Expert Advice

Taste as you cook. Adjust salt and spices for the best flavor balance.

❄️ Storage & Reheating

How to Store

Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Freezing: Can be frozen for up to 2 weeks.

Pro Tip: The pasta may absorb more sauce after cooling—this is normal.

Best Way to Reheat

Stovetop (Highly Recommended): Add a splash of water or stock and heat gently while stirring.

Microwave: Heat in intervals, stirring between each round.

Important Note: Avoid overheating to prevent the pasta from drying out.
