| Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Beef Stock | 1 Litre | |

Instructions:-
- Cook the Beef: Heat sunflower oil and butter in a pan. Add the beef pieces and fry until well browned on all sides. This locks in flavor. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add chopped onions and garlic. Fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Vegetables: Add carrots, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add Tomato Base: Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Cook for a few minutes to remove the raw taste and deepen the flavor.
- Return the Beef: Add the browned beef back into the pan and mix well.
- Add Pasta & Seasoning: Add the pasta directly into the pot. Sprinkle paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour Beef Stock: Add the beef stock and stir everything together.
- Cook the Pasta: Cover and allow to cook for about 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens.
